摘要：“碳中和 ”目标发布后，怎样才能更好地实现“碳中和 ”，核能在其中发挥什么作用，如何更好地发挥作用，需要深入研究。我国清洁低碳能源技术日趋成熟、经济性不断提升，同时受政策驱动，风电、光伏等清洁低碳能源高比例发展态势愈加明晰。但风电、光伏具有间歇性、波动性，必须有基荷电源的配合，以保障电力稳定供应。“碳中和 ”目标下，煤电将逐渐减少，通过核电替代煤电的基荷电源功能，保障电力稳定供应，同时加快碳减排。核能还可通过与其他清洁能源建立互补协同发展机制，以消除各自发展瓶颈，实现共同发展，有效推进我国“碳中和”目标的实现。
Abstract: The announcement of the carbon neutrality target raises questions on how to achieve carbon neutral better, and what role nuclear power should better play in it. China’s clean and low-carbon energy technology is becoming more and more mature and the technology’s cost is constantly improving. At the same time, driven by policies, the development trend of high proportion of clean and low-carbon energy such as wind power and photovoltaic is gradually clearer. Wind power and photovoltaic have intermittence and volatility, and must be matched by base-load power to ensure the stable supply of electricity. Nuclear power substitutes the base-charge power function of coal power, which can guarantee the stable supply of electricity, and at the same time can accelerate carbon emission reduction to ensure the effective realization of the carbon neutrality target. Nuclear energy can also promote common sustainable development by establishing a complementary and collaborative development mechanism with other clean energy sources, and accelerate the replacement of coal in the field of power generation and heating, thus making an important contribution to the achievement of China’s carbon neutrality target.
